pc problem

ok
my pc is amd k6(tm) 3d now 500 mhz, 64 MB Sdram and just installed 128 Mb to it so it's 192 MB now.

anyway the problem is that my pc shutdown itself after like an hour or two. i'm sure that it's not a virus or trojans that caused this. after checking around, i found there is a small yellow exclamatory mark beside a one device.
(by the way this is in System properties -> Device manager -> System Devices)

the icon that has the "!" mark called "System board extension for ACPI BIOS"

when i check it's properties and look at device status, It says "This device is causing resource conflict. (code 15)"

could anyone tell me how to resolve this problem???
