I think that the P3 700 is a good one for O/C - I think Bighammer has posted a few times about this (not sure though).
There is also another company I know of called OcUK who sell pre-tested components and O\C hardware in the UK. I'm sure there are dozens more but I have no experience of them.
BTW : my system is flying compared to my old P2 266 @ 344.
(P.S. Forgot to mention, Cel2 is mounted on a Slotket 2)
