you can boot into windows? how big are all your drives together? 30 or 60 GB? if 30, you'll most likely have to reformat & partition everything... if it's 60GB the drives are striped already and it's likely to work.
However, make a backup of your important data and then hook the slave drive on the secondardy raid channel as master ( take a look at the jumpers of the master drive, if you've got something to change on the slaved drive). Then you'll have to find out if the highpoint bios get it and you can boot. if not, you have to set up the array again with the drives as master on each channel ( and then you'll have to reformat as well, I think)...
I've no highpoint. I'm running a promise fasttrak66 here at home and what I wrote above, is about what I had to do here, if I had your problem...
someone with a highpoint may give you more and better info...
