I recently purchased an AMD K6-3 450mhz chip to replace my old AMD K6-2 350 on my AZZA PT-5VMD mainboard. The problem is that the mainboard does not recognize the new processor. Do I need a new bios for the mainboard? I have the jumpers set correctly so I don't know what else it could be.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
