Using fdisk, set up 2 partitions... you don't need boot magic. Make a C: drive and a D: drive, install Windows ME on C: first, then load Windows 2000 on your D: drive...
You will have to install applications separately on the two operating systems. However, this is best because you won't have conflicts w/ regard to software installation locations...
